EXCHANGE ONLY
Exchanges may be made by mail. The exchange window for online purchases is 7 days from the date of delivery. You may exchange items by selecting “Exchange this Item” from your KBritton account under order details, through your delivery confirmation email, or by contacting KBritton Customer Service. All tags must be intact. For shoes, the plastic on the bottom of the shoe must still be intact. Once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.
